To get an integral automation production
process it is necessary to have in mind various aspects such as, the process
itself, the company’s organizational structure, the equipment and the
management of the supplies. The specification and the definition of such
aspects turn out to be even more complex due to the economic policies and the
globalization, becoming imperative to get the most out of the information flow
of the company’s business processes in order to get productivity and
competitiveness. In this article a practical vision about how to work with the
instantiation of the models established by the standard S95, which has been
widely accepted worldwide for the information integration among business and
manufacturing systems in solving enterprise-control integration problems is
presented.
